Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were tiny and much too small for 2 people, but having a tablet provided was particularly useful during the train strikes and for staying in touch with family. The view of the port was merely a glimpse from the side, and the extra surcharge felt excessive.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was cool and ready upon my arrival on a hot day, which was very welcoming. Although the room could use an update, it was still beautiful. It was a bit noisy at night, but nothing too unbearable. The service was top-notch, with the staff being polite and helpful despite a language barrier. They even recommended a fantastic nearby spot. The location couldn't have been better, right on the promenade and the marina of Marseille. The port views from the room were stunning, and despite being very central, nights were peaceful. The breakfast attention on the second day was a bit lacking, but the view of the port made up for it. Overall, a great experience with a few minor hiccups.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel with incredible views of the port from the room and balcony. The bar and restaurant area overlooking the old port was a highlight. However, some service staff were grumpy and not always readily available. The location was vibrant and provided stunning views, but there were occasional disturbances particularly on weekends.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, offering a great night's sleep, but they were a bit small and basic with outdated carpeting. The service was top-notch, especially Daneshe, who made our stay even more special with their kind and attentive assistance. The location was absolutely perfect, with breathtaking port views and easy access to all the main attractions. The dining experience was okay with light options available. Overall, a great value for the money with some minor room drawbacks.
The hotel has beautifully decorated contemporary style rooms that are clean with comfortable beds, although a bit smallish. The service was pleasant, with French-speaking staff offering complimentary glasses of champagne and good breakfast. The location is superb, right next to Vieux Port with stunning scenery of Notre Dame de la Garde. The dining experience had some downsides but included a bar with character and great music. Overall, a value for money stay with some noteworthy positives and negatives.
The hotel offers breathtaking views of the port and incredibly helpful service. Although the rooms were a bit small and cramped, they were kept spotlessly clean. The ideal location for exploring the city and enjoying a million-dollar view, yet some minor service issues were noted. The dining experience, particularly in the bar with its unique charm, was decent. Facilities are generally good, but some areas could be improved.
